BANDS: ADD YOUR MUSIC AND MERCH TO THIS STORE <blockquote> The :unDark Christian Metal Store exists to provide PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL SERVICES to Christian Metal artists. It is a distribution service for bands, rather than a typical commercial store. Primarily, the function of the of the :unDark Christian Metal Store is to DISTRIBUTE artist’s merchandise in a manner that is easily accessible to the buyer, and to return most of the money from sales back to the artist! We deal directly with bands who either self-release or have permission to buy wholesale from their labels to sell merch at their concerts and online. We also work with labels in order to support signed bands. The :unDark Christian Metal Store is designed to PROMOTE Christian Metal artists, their missions and goals, and to help them reap the rewards of their efforts. The :unDark Christian Metal Store is designed to COMPLEMENT the various websites, forums and activities of artists. In addition, the store aims to raise the profile of Christian Metal around the world, and to SERVE AS A BRIDGE between artists and Metal listeners around the world. </blockquote> HOW CAN I, AS AN ARTIST, USE THIS SERVICE? <blockquote> 1. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the :unDark Christian Metal Store. 2. Fill out and submit the <a href="/pages/merchandise-submission-form">MERCHANDISE SUMMARY/SUBMISSION FORM</a> 3. Mail CDs and merch without cases and trays to: <blockquote> :unDark Store PO Box 546 Figtree NSW 2525 AUSTRALIA </blockquote> Note: if submitting content for inclusion as downloads only, send only 1 CD. 4. Wait for us to contact you to confirm your addition to the store. </blockquote> TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FOR BANDS SUBMITTING TO THIS STORE <blockquote> 1. I understand :unDark Christian Metal Store is a product distribution service for my band rather than a conventional commercial store. 2. I am authorised to enter this agreement on behalf of my band. 3. I give permission for merchandise belonging to my band to be sold on the :unDark Christian Metal Store, and hereby acknowledge that the items of merchandise are mine to sell, and all permissions relating to its sale and contractual obligations to any other party (ie. label) have been fulfilled. 4. My band retains ALL rights to music, merchandise and artwork. This is NOT an exclusive sales or distribution agreement. 5. I agree to the :unDark Christian Metal Store deducting $2US payment from each item sold/distributed on my behalf. 6. I understand that a 10% GST (sales tax) will be added to the price of items sold in Australia. (All sales outside of Australia will not be subject to GST.) 7. I understand that overseas bands sending merchandise to the :unDark Christian Metal Store in Australia may have an import tax applied to the price of products. This will be charged to the band or deducted from monies owed to the band from sales. :unDark reserves the right to refuse to pay import duties and have the goods returned. 8. I will provide merchandise to the store at my own expense, and if at any time I choose to have it returned to me, I will pre-pay the postage costs to the :unDark Christian Metal Store before it is released. 9. The :unDark Christian Metal Store will provide a written report of sales each quarter (end of March, June, September and December) to the band. All monies owing to the band will be paid at this time, as long as 10 or more items have been sold in that quarter. If less than 10 items were sold, these monies will be carried over to the following quarter/quarters when there are 10 or more items sold. 10. I agree to have a Paypal account, and will provide these details for payment to the :unDark Christian Metal Store. ALL payments to bands will be made by Paypal unless otherwise negotiated. Bands will issue Paypal invoices to :unDark upon receipt of their quarterly sales reports. 11. I understand that the :unDark Christian Metal Store is not liable for merchandise received in a faulty or damaged condition. 12. Damage caused to goods in storage will be the responsibility of the Metal Store. 13. I will provide a completed <a href="/pages/merchandise-submission-form">Merchandise Summary/Submission Form</a> to the :unDark Christian Metal Store with all goods submitted for sales EACH time I do so. 14. I understand :unDark may change the price of our products in the store in order to cover unexpected expenses. 15.
